We personally pack each product order for you with care and gratitude.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your order's tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard shipping: Est. 3-9 business days

Expedited shipping: Est. 2-3 business days

Next day shipping: Est. 1-2 business days

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Returns

We are considered a small business and appreciate your support!  At this time, we do not accept returns on products if a product didn't work out for you.

• We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Before doing so, we would greatly appreciate if you could notify us so that we can monitor its safe return back to us. Please email rhythmxbrows@gmail.com.
• Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. 
• Please write the order number on the box, email us the tracking number of the return package, and keep the shipping label for your records! Please note that any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless there was an error on our end.
